KJV美國新譯版 的版本是:
哥林多前書 13:3 What if I gave away all that I owned and let myself be burned alive? I would gain nothing, unless I love others.
我若将所有的周濟窮人, 又捨己身叫人焚燒, 卻沒有愛, 仍然与我無益.

看起來比較像是對比
林前13:3 我若將所有的賙濟窮人，又"捨己身叫人焚燒"，卻沒有愛，仍然於我無益
林後11:18 既有好些人"憑著血氣自誇"，我也要自誇了。

雖然沒學過聖經原文， 但找到以下幾個不同版本的英文翻譯，基本上都大同小異，
所以應該也都蠻接近原文的，只是沒找到您所列的第2句。

兩個字都有原文的版本使用
第一個，是普遍中英文譯本會用到的
原文是用GK2545 kaio {kah-yo}
顯然是一個基本動詞; TDNT - 3:464,390; 動詞
AV - burn 10, did burn + 2258 1, light 1; 12
1) 點亮, 保持燃燒
2) 焚燒, 燒盡
第二個，原文用的是GK2744 kauchaomai {kow-khah-om-ahee}
源自已不使用的字根, 近似於 aucheo (自誇) 的字根與 2172;
TDNT - 3:645,423; 動詞
AV - glory 23, boast 8, rejoice 4, make boast 2, joy 1; 38
1) 讚美, 誇耀, 引以為傲
2) 為...自豪, 提到某事來誇耀 林後 10:8,11:16,30
Westcott-Hort edition 的版本，用的就是第二個字
雖然焚燒與自誇是非常不同的字
但是，其重點均是對「愛」有一個強烈的對比
這也是林前十三章的重點
