上帝對我們說話有兩種方式。
(1) Logos : 一種是logos透過聖經的啟示，對我們每一個人說話，每一個時代說話，真理是不變的，不論在任何文化、任何處境、任何國家都是合適的。例如，孝順父母、夫妻一體、饒恕、因信稱義……等。
(2)Rema : 一種是rema，神在一個特別處境中，對針對特別的一個人說話。神的話只對這個人、這個處境、這個時間點是有權威的，並不適用每一個人。
