《教會分裂》
教會非常重視靈命成長，當信徒認真熱烈高舉自己所持的信仰的時候，他們便很容易各持己見，於是各立門戶而致互不相容，尤其事奉愈熱心，磨差的機會愈大。
腓立比2:3凡事不可結黨，不可貪圖虛浮的榮耀；只要存心謙卑，各人看別人比自己強。4各人不要單顧自己的事，也要顧別人的事。
若有①自私的野心；②對個人聲譽的慾望；③以自我為中心的慾望，
則只顧爭取自己的地位，不把焦點集中於上帝，就急於淘汰別人、壓抑別人，終致造成分裂。
教會領導者必須超前部屬：
讓會眾都是活在基督裡面，人人都曉的與基督同行。藉著耶穌基督的幫助，活出基督的愛，甚至能愛那些不喜歡的人，能夠在聖靈中分享真理。
腓立比2:5你們當以基督耶穌的心為心：
5 Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,
讓基督為教會的頭、基督為各人的頭，會眾互為肢體，肢體互相建造，絕對沒有誰比誰強，誰比誰重要。隨從真理的聖靈引導，高舉聖靈啟示的聖經真理，完全隔絕世界的教導，從世界分別為聖，讓眾聖徒走在上帝要我們行的唯一道路上。
Let Christ be the head of the church, Christ be the head of everyone, and the congregation will be members of each other, and the members will build up each other. There is absolutely no one who is stronger or more important than another. Follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit of truth, exalt the biblical truth revealed by the Holy Spirit, completely cut off the teachings of the world, separate from the world, and let all the saints walk on the only path God wants us to walk.
