※Jesus really suffered and he understands what it feels like to endure pain.
*During Jesus final days, He endured:
耶穌在世最後一日，默默地承受了身、心、靈，在人絕對無法忍受的痛苦：
-①-incredible physical pain (including horrible Roman torture and a gruesome death on a cross)；
令人難以置信的身體疼痛（包括可怕的羅馬酷刑和十字架上令人毛骨悚然的死亡）；
太 20:19又交給外邦人，將他戲弄，鞭打，釘在十字架上；
-②-debilitating emotional pain (his closest friends either denied Him or hid during his darkest hour), and
令人虛弱的情緒痛苦（他最親密的朋友要麼否認他，要麼在他最黑暗的時刻躲藏）；
可 14:31彼得卻極力的說：「我就是必須和你同死，也總不能不認你。」眾門徒都是這樣說。
太 26:75彼得想起耶穌所說的話：「雞叫以先，你要三次不認我。」他就出去痛哭。
可 14:50門徒都離開他，逃走了。
-③-intense spiritual pain (while on the cross He felt the wrath of God for humanity’s sin).
劇烈的靈性痛苦（在十字架上祂感受到了上帝對人類罪惡的憤怒）。
太 27:46約在申初，耶穌大聲喊著說：「以利！以利！拉馬撒巴各大尼？」就是說：「我的神！我的神！為什麼離棄我？
申 6:15因為在你們中間的耶和華你神是忌邪的神，惟恐耶和華你神的怒氣向你發作，就把你從地上除滅。
Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Jesus is one who understands our pain because He experienced it firsthand himself.
有復活大能的主耶穌是理解我們痛苦的人，因為他親自親身經歷過。
太11:28凡勞苦擔重擔的人可以到我這裡來，我就使你們得安息。
※Why do Christians still seek the way of human beings when they are suffering, and want to get out of pain in a timely way?
基督徒為什麼在遭遇苦難時，仍然一心尋求人的方法，想立時脫離痛苦的途徑？
-①-我們屢次安然經過大小的難處，但家人都視為當然，沒有一起感謝上帝的恩典。
We have repeatedly passed through the depressed and obtain peace mind, but the family members regard it as a matter of course without thanking God’s grace.
-②-定睛在痛苦之上，忽略了在耶穌基督裡的平安。
Focus on pain and ignore the peace in Jesus Christ.
約 16:33我將這些事告訴你們，是要叫你們在我裡面有平安。在世上，你們有苦難；但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」
John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
