Psalms 126:1 When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed.
Psalms 126:4 Restore our fortunes, LORD, like streams in the Negev.
1當耶和華將那些被擄的帶回錫安的時候，我們好像做夢的人。
4耶和華啊，求你使我們被擄的人歸回，好像南地的河水復流。
Notice there is a parallel between Psalms 126:1 and Psalms 126:4.
Psalms 126:1 says, “When the Lord restored” or “When God restored.”
Verse 4 prays, “Restore our fortunes, O Lord” or “Please God restore.”

So the first part of the psalm126 is the dream, what happened when God restored.
The second part of the psalm126 is how to live the dream, asking God to restore your fortunes.
This psalm126, first, describes the dream and then, second, tells you how that dream comes true.
