《The Hebrew Holy Temple 以色列人的聖殿》
※A day for memory - A day for history 歷史上永遠難忘的一天
＊On the morning of the 9th of Av in the year 70 CE, Roman soldiers set fire to the Temple of Jerusalem and changed the course of Judaism forever.
猶太曆上9th of Av（埃波月「第五月份」，9日）的這日，是極特別的，有別於其他的日子，稱為Tisha B,Av的日子，也就是猶太人的苦日，如同國殤日一樣。羅馬帝國於西元70年的這日清晨，燒毀了耶路撒冷的聖殿，從此，猶太教的道就永遠被更改了。
＊Changes that we can still feel today. But is there anything left today of the glorious Judaism of the Temple era?
至今仍可感受到這變化，但是，當時聖殿的榮耀有哪些存留至今的嗎？
＊It is the Hebrew language. The sacred text of the Hebrew Bible (Tanach) is the intact bedrock which links modern Jews to their biblical ancestors.
這榮耀就是「希伯來語」。 「希伯來文聖經」（Tanach）的神聖文本是將現代猶太人與其祖先聯繫在一起的原封未動的磐石。
＊The same Torah which was publically read in the Temple is read today every Shabbat in synagogues. The same biblical psalms which were recited by priests (kohanim) in the Temple are recited today by worshippers in synagogues.
今天在猶太教會堂的每個安息日都會讀：同樣在聖殿中公開朗誦的托拉Torah。當時祭司在聖殿念誦的詩篇，今日也在猶太會堂中被會眾宣讀。
Tisha Be’Av תִּשְׁעָה בְּאָב is precisely the time to reconnect with the Holy Land. Today we can connect with the Temple’s atmosphere by learning the Hebrew language.
「聖殿被毀日」(2018 date: Sunset, 21 July –; nightfall, 22 July)能聯想到聖地，讀希伯來語能感受到聖殿時期的氣氛。
