＊The celebration of a new cycle of the annual public Torah reading is connected to an ancient Jewish method for Biblical studies.
以色列人都有讀經計畫，每年新周期的開始都有慶祝。這讀經方法與古猶太人的讀摩西五經有關。
＊In Jewish communities all around the world, the Bible is being studied in a very unique way – together! The term for this learning method is called Havruta. ( companionship；fellowship)
散布世界各地的猶太人，都有相似的讀經方法，稱作：Havruta(חברותא)，是companionship；fellowship。
※What is Havruta?
＊Havruta (חברותא) refers to the traditional rabbinic approach of studying the Scripture in pairs.
Havruta（חברותא）指的是傳統拉比學生成對的研究聖經方法。
＊It is the Aramaic word for friendship or companionship.
這字是亞蘭語的交誼或團契。
＊The root of the word ח.ב.ר (haver) means "friend" and "attachment" even in todays Modern Hebrew.
Havruta（חברותא）的字根ח.ב.ר 意義是「朋友」、companion、association、member、etc.
＊This method allows students to enjoy analyzing, discussing, and debating the ideas of the text together, which is much more interesting and effective than studying alone.
這種小團契一起研經方法，允許學生一起享受分析，討論和辯論文本的想法，這比單獨學習更有趣和有效。
