《The possession promised by God 一個上帝應許的產業》
※Divine Assurance Before the Exodus出埃及前一個上帝的應許
Despite a miserable life in slavery, the children of Israel were initially quite reluctant to leave Egypt. So, God assures Moses that his intentions are good, “I will bring you into the land that I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; I will give it to you for a possession.” (Exodus 6:8).
儘管以色列百姓在埃及過著悲慘的奴隸生活，最初卻不願意離開埃及。因此，上帝向摩西保證，領他們出埃及的動機是為他們的好處：
出6:8我起誓應許給亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的那地，我要把你們領進去，將那地賜給你們為業。
Here, and throughout Scripture, God’s main proof of his covenant with Israel is his guarantee of the Promised Land.

※Inheritance or heritage? 是「遺產」還是「繼承權」？
The word for “possession” in the original Hebrew is morasha(4181). It comes from the root YRS/ירש (3423)meaning “to inherit.” But in Hebrew this is a special word only applied to the Promised Land.
翻譯成「possession」這字的希伯來文是(4181)的「morasha」，而4181這字的字根是(3423)
，是「繼承」的意思。希伯來文3423只應用於「應許之地」。
Contrary to the more common word yerusha ירושה which means an “inheritance 遺產,” morasha (4181)is a precious heritage.
希伯來文「遺產」的字，常用「yerusha ירושה」，而「應許之地」是一種珍貴的「繼承」。
Morasha requires the active participation of each generation, to preserve it for the next generation, unlike yerusha, which is an inheritance that can be easily wasted.
Morasha 需要每一代人的積極參與，以保護下一代的繼承，不像 yerusha, 是一個可以很容易被浪費掉的繼承。
