我的心哪 為何在我裡面憂悶
Oh my heart, why are you troubled within me?
我的靈哪 為何在我裡面發沉
Oh my soul, why are you downcast within me ?
應當轉眼仰望神 因祂笑臉幫助我
I will lift my eyes to Him, for the help of His countenance
我還要稱讚我的神
And I shall yet praise my God

白晝 耶和華必向我施祂慈愛
By day, the Lord directs His love toward me
黑夜 我要歌頌賜我生命的神
By night, I will sing to the God of my life
衪是我臉上的光榮
His is the light of my life
我還要讚美祂
I shall yet praise Him
衪是笑臉幫助我的神
For the help of His countenance

求主發出亮光真實
Oh Lord, send out Your light and truth
帶我到祢居所
Lead me to where You dwell
我就走到神的祭壇
I come to the altar of God
到最喜樂的神那裡
To God my exceeding joy
