現在我們要來看今年的研究,這對那些在抑鬱和悲傷中掙扎,但不想吃藥的人來說,真是令他們鼓舞。第一篇文章來自《家庭醫學雜誌》(Journal of Family Practice),標題為「治療抑鬱症:藥物之外,還有什麼有效的?」[ii] 這是一個新穎的想法,但有些患者實在不想服用藥物。並且,對於那些患者,作者建議輔導,運動和膳食補充劑。這三類辦法,都被醫生認為是基於證據的有效治療方案。讓我們馬上來看看。
本週,我在《神經和精神疾病期刊》(Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease )上發表的一篇,標題為「宗教與傳統認知行為療法治療慢性疾病患者的嚴重抑鬱症」的文章中,發現一項有趣的研究。[vi] 該研究比較了兩組認為宗教對他們重要的人,一組接受輔導(認知行為療法),但不提及信仰,另一組則將宗教信仰融入輔導中,通常宗教是基督教。
