Ellen is the Director of Equipping for Ministry to Women for Harvest USA. She joined Harvest USA in 2007 and has authored several Harvest USA mini-books, a women’s curriculum, a devotional, and, most recently, Jesus and Your Unwanted Journey: Wives Finding Comfort After Sexual Betrayal. Ellen now focuses on producing new content and developing training for churches. Ellen received her MA from Covenant Theological Seminary and a graduate certificate in biblical counseling from Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF).

Jim Weidenaar joined the Harvest USA staff in June of 2012 as Director for the Greater Pittsburgh Region (GPR). He has a burden to help those struggling with sexual sin, that they will come to understand and experience progress in gospel repentance.
Jim has a Masters Degree in Theological Studies (MTS) from Calvin Theological Seminary, Grand Rapids, MI, and a Doctorate in Historical and Theological Studies (PhD) from Westminster Theological Seminary, Glenside, PA. He resides in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh with his wife and daughter.

Andy has served as a pastor and elder at Covenant Fellowship Church in Glen Mills, PA, for over thirty years. He also serves on the Executive Committee of Sovereign Grace Churches. Andy’s areas of focus include church planting, counseling, and small group care. He received a BA in Political Science from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and an MA in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is the author of several books, including Real Peace (2011), Trapped (2015), and Ordinary Greatness – A Life of Elias Boudinot (2022). Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Andy lives with his wife Jill in West Chester, PA. They have four married children and fourteen grandchildren. Andy is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports, the Georgia Bulldogs, and the Arsenal Gunners. He is desperately trying to teach himself the blues guitar.
