※希1:1神既在古時藉著眾先知多次多方的曉諭列祖，1:2就在這末世藉著他兒子曉諭我們；又早已立他為承受萬有的，也曾藉著他創造諸世界。
1Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.
ヘブル人への手紙/ 01章 01節 神は、むかしは、預言者たちにより、いろいろな時に、いろいろな方法で、先祖たちに語られたが、02節 この終りの時には、御子によって、わたしたちに語られたのである。神は御子を万物の相続者と定め、また、御子によって、もろもろの世界を造られた。

※眾先知的啟示確是多次的和多方面的，但仍只限於片段和用所能找到的有效方法來表達。耶穌能完全啟示上帝，因為祂把整個自己呈獻出來作啟示。
The revelations of the prophets are indeed at many times and in many ways, but they are still limited to fragments and effective methods that can be found. Jesus can fully reveal God because He presents his whole self as a revelation.
預言者の啓示は確かに多くの場合そして多くの方法であります、しかしそれらはまだ見つけることができる断片と効果的な方法に制限されています。 イエスは自分のすべてを啓示として示されるので、神を完全に明らかにすることができます。
※眾先知是上帝的朋友，而耶穌則是上帝的兒子。眾先知能講出上帝旨意的一片段，但耶穌就是上帝的本體，是上帝完全的心思意念。
The prophets are God’s friends, and Jesus is God’s Son. The prophets can tell a fragment of Gods will, but Jesus is Gods being, the complete thought in the heart of God.
預言者は神の友であり、イエスは神の子です。 預言者は神の意志の断片を語ることができますが、イエスは神の存在であり、神の心の中の完全な考えです。

※希伯來書作者無意貶低眾先知的身份，但卻有意高舉耶穌基督崇高的地位。作者並不是說在舊約先知啟示之後來一個休息，才開新約的啟示；他強調上帝啟示是連續發展的，而這個連續的啟示是達到最完全的境地為目的。
The author of Hebrews did not intend to devalue the status of the prophets, but intended to exalt the noble status of Jesus Christ. The author does not mean to take a break after the revelation of the Old Testament prophets before opening the revelation of the New Testament; he emphasizes that the revelation of God is a continuous development, and this continuous revelation is for the purpose of achieving the full complete situation.
ヘブライ人の作者は、預言者の地位を切り下げるつもりはありませんでしたが、イエス・キリストの高貴な地位を高めることを意図していました。 著者は、旧約聖書の預言者の啓示の後、新約聖書の啓示を開く前に休憩するつもりはありません。 彼は、神の啓示は継続的な発展であり、この継続的な啓示は完全な完備な状況を達成することを目的としていることを強調しています。
