※羅馬書第五章1節所說的平安：「我們既叫信稱義，就籍著我們的主耶穌基督，得與神相和。」
5 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (ESV)

※羅馬書第八章也詳析文中精義：「如今那些在基督耶穌裏的，就不定罪了…••聖靈與我們的心同證我們是神的兒女。既是兒女，便是後嗣……我們曉得萬事都互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處……所稱為義的人，又叫他們得榮耀……神若幫助我們，誰能敵擋我們呢？……誰能控告神所揀選的人呢？……誰能使我們與基督的愛隔絕呢？……因為我深信無論是死、是生……是現在的事、是將來的事……都不能叫我們與神的愛隔絕，這愛是在我們的主基督耶穌裏的。」(Roman 8:1，16，28，30，33，35，38，39)
Roman 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 16 The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. 30 and those whom he justified he also glorified. 33 Who shall bring any charge against Gods elect? It is God who justifies. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? 38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor things present nor things to come, 39 will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

※羅8:30預先所定下的人又召他們來；所召來的人又稱他們為義；所稱為義的人又叫他們得榮耀。
人最大的平安，莫過於滿心確實知道已認識神，神也認識他們，並且知道這種關係，已保證神往今生、在死後以至永遠都有恩惠隨著他們。
The greatest peace of human beings is to know that they have known God, and that God also knows them, and knowing this relationship has guaranteed that God will have grace with them in this life, after death, and forever.
