慕安得烈 謙卑

謙卑就是內心完全安靜，沒有煩惱永不急躁，或惱怒或發怒或傷心或失望。
他就是不期望別人特別要為我做什麼事，不因別人不為我做什麼事而奇怪。
不怨恨，不存報復的心。
在沒人稱讚我的時候，在我受責備責備或被藐視時，我心平安。
謙卑就是在主裡有一個蒙福的家，在那裡讓我能進去，關上門在隱密處，跪在我天父面前。
在上下四周都有煩惱時，我有平安，像浮游於平靜的深海上。

Humility is perfect quietness of heart.
It is for me to have no trouble; never to be fretted or vexed or irritated or sore or disappointed.
It is to expect nothing, to wonder at nothing that is done to me, to feel nothing done against me.
It is to be at rest when nobody praises me and when I am blamed or despised.
It is to have a blessed home in the Lord where I can go in and shut the door and kneel to my Father in secret and be at peace as in a deep sea of calmness when all around is trouble.

It is the fruit of the Lord Jesus Christ’s redemptive work on Calvary’s cross, manifested in those of His own who are definitely subject to the Holy Spirit.
