創45:5-8

5 現在，不要因為把我賣到這裡自憂自恨。這是神差我在你們以先來，為要保全生命。
6 現在這地的饑荒已經二年了，還在五年不能耕種，不能收成。
7 神差我在你們以先來，為要給你們存留餘種在世上，又要大施拯救，保全你們的生命。

God worked and lead Josephs lifeto paint a geougeous life story, from the pit to the top. How much tears, sorrows, unfair things that joseph had gone through, he harboured no grudges, but trusted in God and geared God. God had purified his life to the pure gold. Josephs forgiveness is from trusting Gods sovereignty and love. God had brought him to the pit, to the jail, to be forgotten for long times...through all the experience, how many of us would think to revenge for ourselves in this situation ? but Joseph remembered that it was all Gods hands to turn bad to good.
God uses this story in the bible to remind all of HIs Beloved, and gives encouragement, that God is our Lord, even in the worst situation : He is with us, purify our heart, molds us to the shape of Christs likeness. Trust in Him with the whole heart, bring the tears, sadness, unfair feelings to HIm. He trades us with His greatest love and comforts. Nothing, definitely nothing in this world can seperate us from Christs love.
