出23
1「不可隨夥佈散謠言；不可與惡人連手妄作見證。
2不可隨眾作惡；不可在爭訟的事上隨眾偏行，作見證屈枉正直；
3也不可在爭訟的事上偏護窮人。
4「若遇見你仇敵的牛或驢失迷了路，總要牽回來交給他。
5若看見恨你人的驢壓握在重馱之下，不可走開，務要和驢主一同抬開重馱。
6「不可在窮人爭訟的事上屈枉正直。
7當遠離虛假的事。不可殺無辜和有義的人，因我必不以惡人為義。
8不可受賄賂；因為賄賂能叫明眼人變瞎了，又能顛倒義人的話。
9「不可欺壓寄居的；因為你們在埃及地作過寄居的，知道寄居的心。」
10「六年你要耕種田地，收藏土產，
11只是第七年要叫地歇息，不耕不種，使你民中的窮人有吃的；他們所剩下的，野獸可以吃。你的葡萄園和橄欖園也要照樣辦理。
12「六日你要做工，第七日要安息，使牛、驢可以歇息，並使你婢女的兒子和寄居的都可以舒暢。
13「凡我對你們說的話，你們要謹守。別神的名，你不可提，也不可從你口中傳說。」
14「一年三次，你要向我守節。
15你要守除酵節，照我所吩咐你的，在亞筆月內所定的日期，吃無酵餅七天。誰也不可空手朝見我，因為你是這月出了埃及。
16又要守收割節，所收的是你田間所種、勞碌得來初熟之物。並在年底收藏，要守收藏節。
17一切的男丁要一年三次朝見主耶和華。
18「不可將我祭牲的血和有酵的餅一同獻上；也不可將我節上祭牲的脂油留到早晨。
19「地裡首先初熟之物要送到耶和華你神的殿。「不可用山羊羔母的奶煮山羊羔。」
20「看哪，我差遣使者在你前面，在路上保護你，領你到我所預備的地方去。
21他是奉我名來的；你們要在他面前謹慎，聽從他的話，不可惹(違背)他，因為他必不赦免你們的過犯。
22「你若實在聽從他的話，照著我一切所說的去行，我就向你的仇敵作仇敵，向你的敵人作敵人。
23「我的使者要在你前面行，領你到亞摩利人、赫人、比利洗人、迦南人、希未人、耶布斯人那裡去，我必將他們剪除。
24你不可跪拜他們的神，不可事奉他，也不可效法他們的行為，卻要把神像盡行拆毀，打碎他們的柱像。
25你們要事奉耶和華你們的神，祂必賜福與你的糧與你的水，也必從你們中間除去疾病。
26你境內必沒有墮胎的，不生產的。我要使你滿了你年日的數目。
27凡你所到的地方，我要使那裡的眾民在你面前驚駭，擾亂，又要使你一切仇敵轉背逃跑。
28我要打發黃蜂飛在你前面，把希未人、迦南人、赫人攆出去。
29我不在一年之內將他們從你面前攆出去，恐怕地成為荒涼，野地的獸多起來害你。
30我要漸漸地將他們從你面前攆出去，等到你的人數加多，承受那地為業。
31我要定你的境界，從紅海直到非利士海，又從曠野直到大河。我要將那地的居民交在你手中，你要將他們從你面前攆出去。
32不可和他們並他們的神立約。
33他們不可住在你的地上，恐怕他們使你得罪我。你若事奉他們的神，這必成為你的網羅。」
Exodus 23
1 “Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness.
2 “Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd,
3 and do not show favoritism to a poor person in a lawsuit.
4 “If you come across your enemy’s ox or donkey wandering off, be sure to return it.
5 If you see the donkey of someone who hates you fallen down under its load, do not leave it there; be sure you help them with it.
6 “Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits.
7 Have nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent or honest person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty.
8 “Do not accept a bribe for a bribe blinds those who see and twists the words of the innocent.
9 “Do not oppress a foreigner; you yourselves know how it feels to be foreigners, because you were foreigners in Egypt.
10 “For six years you are to sow your fields and harvest the crops,
11 but during the seventh year let the land lie unplowed and unused. Then the poor among your people may get food from it, and the wild animals may eat what is left. Do the same with your vineyard and your olive grove.
12 “Six days do your work, but on the seventh day do not work, so that your ox and your donkey may rest, and so that the slave born in your household and the foreigner living among you may be refreshed.
13 “Be careful to do everything I have said to you. Do not invoke the names of other gods; do not let them be heard on your lips.
14 “Three times a year you are to celebrate a festival to me.
15 “Celebrate the Festival of Unleavened Bread; for seven days eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you. Do this at the appointed time in the month of Aviv, for in that month you came out of Egypt. “No one is to appear before me empty-handed.
16 “Celebrate the Festival of Harvest with the firstfruits of the crops you sow in your field. “Celebrate the Festival of Ingathering at the end of the year, when you gather in your crops from the field.
17 “Three times a year all the men are to appear before the Sovereign Lord.
18 “Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast. “The fat of my festival offerings must not be kept until morning.
19 “Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the Lord your God. “Do not cook a young goat in its mother’s milk.
20 “See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared.
21 Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him.
22 If you listen carefully to what he says and do all that I say, I will be an enemy to your enemies and will oppose those who oppose you.
23 My angel will go ahead of you and bring you into the land of the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites and Jebusites, and I will wipe them out.
24 Do not bow down before their gods or worship them or follow their practice. You must demolish them and break their sacred stones to pieces.
25 Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you,
26 and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.
27 “I will send my terror ahead of you and throw into confusion every nation you encounter. I will make all your enemies turn their backs and run.
28 I will send the hornet ahead of you to drive the Hivites, Canaanites and Hittites out of your way.
29 But I will not drive them out in a single year, because the land would become desolate and the wild animals too numerous for you.
30 Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land.
31 “I will establish your borders from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea, (Sea of the Philistines) and from the desert to the Euphrates River. I will give into your hands the people who live in the land, and you will drive them out before you.
32 Do not make a covenant with them or with their gods.
33 Do not let them live in your land or they will cause you to sin against me, because the worship of their gods will certainly be a snare to you.”
出24
1耶和華對摩西說：「你和亞倫、拿答、亞比戶，並以色列長老中的七十人，都要上到我這裡來，遠遠的下拜。
2惟獨你可以親近耶和華；他們卻不可親近；百姓也不可和你一同上來。」
3摩西下山，將耶和華的命令典章都述說與百姓聽。眾百姓齊聲說：「耶和華所吩咐的，我們都必遵行。」
4摩西將耶和華的命令都寫上。清早起來，在山下築一座壇，按以色列十二支派立十二根柱子，
5又打發以色列人中的少年人去獻燔祭，又向耶和華獻牛為平安祭。
6摩西將血一半盛在盆中，一半灑在壇上；
7又將約書念給百姓聽。他們說：「耶和華所吩咐的，我們都必遵行。」
8摩西將血灑在百姓身上，說：「你看！這是立約的血，是耶和華按這一切話與你們立約的憑據。」
9摩西、亞倫、拿答、亞比戶，並以色列長老中的七十人，都上了山。
10他們看見以色列的神，他腳下彷彿有平鋪的藍寶石，如同天色明淨。
11他的手不加害在以色列的尊者身上。他們觀看神；他們又吃又喝。
12耶和華對摩西說：「你上山到我這裡來，住在這裡，我要將石版並我所寫的律法和誡命賜給你，使你可以教訓百姓。」
13摩西和他的幫手約書亞起來，上了神的山。
14摩西對長老說：「你們在這裡等著，等到我們再回來，有亞倫、戶珥與你們同在。凡有爭訟的，都可以就近他們去。」
15摩西上山，有雲彩把山遮蓋。
16耶和華的榮耀停於西乃山；雲彩遮蓋山六天，第七天他從雲中召摩西。
17耶和華的榮耀在山頂上，在以色列人眼前，形狀如烈火。
18摩西進入雲中入山，在山上四十晝夜。
Exodus 24
1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Come up to the Lord, you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel. You are to worship at a distance.
2 but Moses alone is to approach the Lord; the others must not come near. And the people may not come up with him.”
3 When Moses went and told the people all the Lord’s words and laws, they responded with one voice, “Everything the Lord has said we will do.”
4 Moses then wrote down everything the Lord had said. He got up early the next morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain and set up twelve stone pillars representing the twelve tribes of Israel.
5 Then he sent young Israelite men, and they offered burnt offerings and sacrificed young bulls as fellowship offerings to the Lord.
6 Moses took half of the blood and put it in bowls, and the other half he splashed against the altar.
7 Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people. They responded, “We will do everything the Lord has said; we will obey.”
8 Moses then took the blood, sprinkled it on the people and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
9 Moses and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and the seventy elders of Israel went up
10 and saw the God of Israel. Under his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli, as bright blue as the sky.
11 But God did not raise his hand against these leaders of the Israelites; they saw God, and they ate and drank.
12 The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”
13 Then Moses set out with Joshua his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain of God.
14 He said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute can go to them.”
15 When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it,
16 and the glory of the Lord settled on Mount Sinai. For six days the cloud covered the mountain, and on the seventh day the Lord called to Moses from within the cloud.
17 To the Israelites the glory of the Lord looked like a consuming fire on top of the mountain.
18 Then Moses entered the cloud as he went on up the mountain. And he stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights.
