約翰福音第11章11:1有一個患病的人，名叫拉撒路，住在伯大尼，就是馬利亞和他姊姊馬大的村莊。這馬利亞就是那用香膏抹主，又用頭髮擦他腳的；患病的拉撒路是他的兄弟。他姊妹兩個就打發人去見耶穌，說：主啊，你所愛的人病了。耶穌聽見，就說：這病不至於死，乃是為神的榮耀，叫神的兒子因此得榮耀。

詩85
1(可拉後裔的詩，交與伶長。)耶和華啊，祢已經向祢的地施恩，救回被擄的雅各。
2祢赦免了祢百姓的罪孽，遮蓋了他們一切的過犯。(細拉)
3祢收轉了所發的忿怒和祢猛烈的怒氣。
4拯救我們的神啊，求祢使我們回轉，叫祢的惱恨向我們止息。
5祢要向我們發怒到永遠嗎？祢要將祢的怒氣延留到萬代嗎？
6祢不再將我們救活，使祢的百姓靠祢歡喜嗎？
7耶和華啊，求祢使我們得見祢的慈愛，又將祢的救恩賜給我們。
8我要聽神耶和華所說的話；因為祂必應許將平安賜給祂的百姓祂的聖民；他們卻不可再轉去妄行。
9祂的救恩誠然與敬畏祂的人相近，叫榮耀住在我們的地上。
10慈愛和誠實彼此相遇；公義和平安彼此相親。
11誠實從地而生；公義從天而現。
12耶和華必將好處賜給我們；我們的地也要多出土產。
13公義要行在祂面前，叫祂的腳蹤成為可走的路。
Psalms 85
1 You, Lord, showed favor to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob.
2 You forgave the iniquity of your people and covered all their sins.
3 You set aside all your wrath and turned from your fierce anger.
4 Restore us again, God our Savior, and put away your displeasure toward us.
5 Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your anger through all generations?
6 Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?
7 Show us your unfailing love, Lord, and grant us your salvation.
8 I will listen to what God the Lord says; he promises peace to his people, his faithful servants- but let them not turn to folly.
9 Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that his glory may dwell in our land.
10 Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other.
11 Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven.
12 The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.
13 Righteousness goes before him and prepares the way for his steps.
詩86
1(大衛的祈禱。)耶和華啊，求祢側耳應允我，因我是困苦窮乏的。
2求祢保存我的性命，因我是虔誠人。我的神啊，求祢拯救這倚靠祢的僕人！
3主啊，求祢憐憫我，因我終日求告祢。
4主啊，求祢使僕人心裡歡喜，因為我的心仰望祢。
5主啊，祢本為良善，樂意饒恕人，有豐盛的慈愛賜給凡求告祢的人。
6耶和華啊，求祢留心聽我的禱告，垂聽我懇求的聲音。
7我在患難之日要求告祢，因為祢必應允我。
8主啊，諸神之中沒有可比祢的；祢的作為也無可比。
9主啊，祢所造的萬民都要來敬拜祢；他們也要榮耀祢的名。
10因祢為大，且行奇妙的事；惟獨祢是神。
11耶和華啊，求祢將祢的道指教我；我要照祢的真理行；求祢使我專心敬畏祢的名！
12主我的神啊，我要一心稱讚祢；我要榮耀祢的名，直到永遠。
13因為，祢向我發的慈愛是大的；祢救了我的靈魂免入極深的陰間。
14神啊，驕傲的人起來攻擊我，又有一黨強橫的人尋索我的命；他們沒有將祢放在眼中。
15主啊，祢是有憐憫有恩典的神，不輕易發怒，並有豐盛的慈愛和誠實。
16求祢向我轉臉，憐恤我，將祢的力量賜給僕人，救祢婢女的兒子。
17求祢向我顯出恩待我的憑據，叫恨我的人看見便羞愧，因為祢耶和華幫助我，安慰我。
Psalms 86
1 Hear me, Lord, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.
2 Guard my life, for I am faithful to you; save your servant who trusts in you. You are my God;
3 have mercy on me, Lord, for I call to you all day long.
4 Bring joy to your servant, Lord, for I put my trust in you.
5 You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.
6 Hear my prayer, Lord; listen to my cry for mercy.
7 When I am in distress, I call to you, because you answer me.
8 Among the gods there is none like you, Lord; no deeds can compare with yours.
9 All the nations you have made will come and worship before you. Lord; they will bring glory to your name.
10 For you are great and do marvelous deeds; you alone are God.
11 Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.
12 I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify your name forever.
13 For great is your love toward me; you have delivered me from the depths, from the realm of the dead.
14 Arrogant foes are attacking me, O God; ruthless people are trying to kill me- they have no regard for you.
15 But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.
16 Turn to me and have mercy on me; show your strength in behalf of your servant; save me, because I serve you just as my mother did.
17 Give me a sign of your goodness, that my enemies may see it and be put to shame, for you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.
